Coaching

 Intention - the conscious element

Purpose of Coaching

Coaching helps you set goals, make plans, and take action.

It guides you in understanding your current situation and your desired future, helping to bridge the gap between the two

Focus of Coaching

Coaching emphasizes solutions and moving forward.

While it may briefly discuss the past to identify barriers, the primary focus is on the present and future.

Coaching is not talk therapy; it is action-driven and goal-oriented, designed to create an effective system.

Process

Coaching empowers you to find your own answers through guided questions and active listening.

In coaching, you will not be told what you should do.

The process is based on specific outcomes set by you, the client.

Coaching empowers you to find the answers and solutions that are best for you since you are the expert in your own life.

Coaching Relationship

The coaching relationship centers around the outcomes you set, rather than directives from the coach.

It is built on openness, honesty, and trust.

Confidentiality is protected, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

There are no judgments regarding the person or their previous actions

Key Elements

Coaching is client-led, focusing on your personal development and well-being.

Mutual trust and respect are fundamental to the coaching relationship, as this is where the most effective work occurs.

Breath

The Breath - powerful calibrator and connector

The official name for this conscious connected breathing practice is Transformational Breath®, a modality created by Judith Kravitz in the 1970s. Synergy of transformation

United in minds = United in action

The synergy between the conscious and subconscious minds is a powerful force. When these two aspects of the mind are aligned, they unlock previously untapped energy and potential. This alignment does not restrict individuals; instead, it offers the energy reserves necessary for full engagement with life.

The conscious mind acts based on the "software" developed by the subconscious during childhood, with foundational information set by age 8. Personal experiences and environmental factors shape the subconscious, leading to ingrained behaviours that may conflict with current goals.

Soul and Breath Alignment Coaching uses strategic action plans to help individuals achieve their objectives. Conscious breathing meditation is crucial, serving to update the subconscious software. This holistic approach targets both minds to foster desired changes.

Research indicates that about 95% of our thoughts and actions are driven by the subconscious, highlighting that most decisions occur outside our active awareness. Neuroscience shows the brain processes vast amounts of information unconsciously, allowing the conscious mind to focus on immediate decisions.

The only essential requirement for this approach is to have an open mind and heart.

Know you are the most powerful and transformative key to your growth , not the coach. Both the motivation and the personal development comes from within you. The coach and facilitator, are here to guide, encourage, and create a supportive environment for you. They provide accountability and share valuable tools that you can take with you as you continue on your journey. You are the true source of change, and it is a privilege for a coach to be a part of your journey if you choose to allow them.

FAQ

Is this approach going to fix me and my life?

Life is full of possibilities, and it’s important to remember that everyone is on their own unique journey with different needs and tools that can help them along the way. There's no one-size-fits-all solution, and if anyone tells you there is, it’s best to be cautious! Trying something new might be helpful, or it might not resonate with you—only you can find out by giving it a go. Embrace the journey and explore what works for you!

Am 1 aware of what happens to me during the breathwork?

Yes, you have full control; you can express yourself at any time and communicate freely.

We’re diving into the depths of your subconscious, but here’s the catch: It’s essential to stay awake to control your breath during this process. For the first 45 minutes, your breath is your primary focus, so you will be doing most of the heavy lifting while I, as the facilitator, guide you. Think of it as upgrading your software—it’s hard work so no napping on the Job! After that, you’ll have a well-deserved 15-minute break to recharge and reflect.

What is the cost of a coaching session with +breath?

I am currently offering my services free of charge as I work towards completing my Transformational breath certificate internship. Once I’m certified, I will join a group of professional coaches who typically charge between £80 and £250 for their sessions. Take advantage of this opportunity to experience breath coaching at no cost while I finalize my certification!

Can I just attend the coaching session without doing the breathing session?

The initial session combines coaching and breathwork; afterward, clients can choose either or both paths. Embrace the experience with an open mind—there is nothing to lose in trying and everything to gain.
